We designed an online supplement subscription system to replace the incomplete, phone-based process. Users can now subscribe and customize their plans entirely online, choosing from monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly options. The intuitive dashboard allows users to add subscriptions, add products, cancel or pause subscriptions, choose shipment dates, and merge subscriptions.
By eliminating manual handling, it improves efficiency, reduces errors, and boosts retention. Our aim was to enhance the user's experience and ensures seamless order management, leading to an increase in reliable monthly revenue.

To support these features, we designed all associated touchpoints, including pop-ups, interactive calendars, and editable payment options, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience. Additionally, we strategically placed various "Add Subscription" touchpoints throughout the website, including on every product page, making it effortless for users to discover and enroll in subscriptions.
Our primary goal was retention—while making it simple for users to cancel or adjust their subscriptions, we provided every opportunity to keep them engaged. Smart touchpoints guide users toward pausing or modifying their plan instead of canceling, maintaining their connection while respecting their autonomy. This system enhances user experience, reduces churn, and fosters long-term customer loyalty.




Through initial research, user testing, and continuous refinement, we transformed an archaic digital system and phone-based ordering process into a seamless, user-friendly subscription experience that prioritized both flexibility and retention. By optimizing every touchpoint and ensuring intuitive management within the user dashboard, we significantly enhanced customer engagement.
